- Violating local and state laws – Members may not violate local and state guidelines and regulations
- Release of Liability- Member releases Stoney Only from any and all liability for medical or legal problems which may occur as a result of the use of medicinal cannabis supplied.
- The presence of any weapons or illegal drugs – No guns, weapons or illegal drugs shall be allowed in the Stoney Only.
- Acquiring or providing medicine to anyone who is not a duly registered member. You must not acquire medicine or provide medicine outside of the duly registered membership of the Stoney Only. Doing so violates state law and is grounds for revocation of membership.
- Any inter-state activity acquisition or distribution of medicine. All medicine acquired and provided at the Stoney Only is grown by registered members who are legally entitled to do so inside the state of Oregon. No medicine can come from outside Oregon, and it is never legal to distribute medicine outside of the state. You must be an Oregon Registered Card Holder.
- Conduct and Behavior – Shoplifting, dangerous/violent behavior, serious disorderly conduct, causing a nuisance in the neighborhood, or repeated willful violations of the rules are grounds for revocation.
- Exchange of Medicine Inside of Stoney Only – All exchanges will be conducted only by a qualified Bud Tender from Stoney Only. No grower, patient or care giver may conduct any exchanges between members directly.
- Member must have a verifiable OMMP ID Card and Photo ID.
- Member will explicitly consent to affiliation (membership) in the Stoney Only.
- Member will obey the rules of the Stoney Only to maintain membership.
- Member will only be a member as long as they have an unexpired Oregon OMMP ID Card and valid Photo ID. Membership will renew annually whenever the member’s OMMP registration renews.
- No Minors allowed, no exceptions. Minors may be allowed in waiting area only. There is no minor to be present in any area of a registered facility where usable marijuana or immature plants are present, even if the minor is a patient or an employee.
- Members may not be un-attended or left alone inside the facility at any time.
- All members must be verified to have possession of current ID to be allowed inside.
- No Consumption Allowed on Premise – including medibles and topicals. Consumption, ingestion, inhalation or topical application of usable marijuana anywhere on the premises of the registered facility is not permitted.
